| Quaerite Sapientiam |

Quaerite Sapientiam (Seek Wisdom) is the motto of the the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies.
The shield - defender of the right to superior education and health care - is quartered in Purple
representing justice and majesty, and Gold representing generosity. The majesty of clinical applications
in the service of humankind is central to the philosophy of the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies.
The bee represents the cooperative nature of our learning process, and the teamwork of our learners
and instructors. In ancient mythology, the bee was a handmaiden to Venus, assisting in the creation of
new life. Neurological applications without drugs or surgery are central to the Carrick Institute for
Graduate Studies curriculum.
The shield is surmounted by the noble eagle, a modernistic shadow in its traditional lofty position,
surveying all. |
